Questions and answers.

What is Tenner?

Tenner shows the UK's top 10 shows and films on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max and Paramount+, all in one place. You can look at every service together or one at a time, and browse everything popular on them.

How is the top 10 worked out?

We use popularity from TMDB, which reflects what people are watching, searching for, rating and adding to their lists, and keep only the titles streaming on each service in the UK. It's a strong guide to what's popular, though not official viewing figures.

How often is it updated?

Every hour. The time of the last update is shown at the top of the Top 10 page, and you can tap it to check for a newer chart.

Why isn't a film I'm watching on the list?

The Top 10 only counts titles included with a subscription. Brand-new films are often only available to buy or rent at first; you'll find those under Films, then Buy or rent.

Is Tenner free?

Yes. There's nothing to sign up for and no adverts.

Is Tenner part of Netflix, Disney+ or the other services?

No. Tenner is independent. The services' names and logos belong to them, and the data comes from TMDB and JustWatch.

Can I suggest a feature?

We're adding something new every week and would love to hear what you'd like to see. A way to get in touch is coming soon.
