Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Tenner (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a website that shows the UK’s most popular shows and films on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max and Paramount+, updated every hour. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit the site and what choices you have.
The short version: we don’t collect or store any personal information about you. There are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking. The only exception is if you choose to send us a message.
2. Information We Collect
We don’t collect personal information when you visit the site. In particular, the site does not use:
- accounts or logins;
- analytics or visitor-tracking tools;
- advertising or advertising networks;
- cookies of any kind.
We don’t ask for your location. The charts are for the UK as a whole.
If you send us a message. The Contact page’s form sends your message, your email address, the type of enquiry you choose and your name, if you add it, to us as an email, through our search service on Cloudflare. It isn’t stored there: it’s passed straight on to our inbox. If you email us at support@tenneruk.space instead, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to read and reply to you. We don’t add you to any mailing list or share your details with anyone. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Our email provider processes messages under its own privacy policy.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
To make the site work better, your browser keeps a few things on your own device:
- Your theme: if you pick Auto or Day instead of Night.
- Shows, Films or Both: which charts you last chose to see.
- An offline copy: the site’s pages, its latest charts and some recent posters, so Tenner opens quickly and still works without a connection (especially if you add it to your home screen).
- Your Watchlist: the titles you save, with their names and posters. There’s no account: your Watchlist stays in this browser, on this device, and isn’t shared between devices.
- My services: the streaming services you’ve told Tenner you use, if you choose them, so it can show you a Top 10 of just those.
- Your settings: the choices you make on the Settings page, such as which page Tenner opens on.
- Your progress: the season and episode you’re up to in shows you’re watching, if you set it. Like your Watchlist, it stays on this device.
- The privacy note: that you’ve pressed Got it, so the note about cookies isn’t shown again.
Your filters and searches on Browse live only in the page’s address, so you can bookmark or share them; they aren’t saved anywhere. None of this is ever sent to us or anyone else. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s data for this site.
4. Third-Party Services
Like every website, Tenner relies on a few outside services. When your browser connects to them, they receive the technical details that any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. Each handles that information under its own privacy policy:
- GitHub Pages hosts the website and its hourly charts. GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses for security and to keep the service running. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
- TMDB (The Movie Database) supplies the posters, artwork and service logos, which your browser loads directly from TMDB’s image servers. See TMDB’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare runs Tenner’s search service. When you search all films and shows, search Cast & Crew or open a cast list, what you typed or opened is passed to TMDB to find the answer. It also passes on messages from the Contact page to our inbox. Nothing is stored against you. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- YouTube plays trailers, but only when you press Trailer on a title. Tenner uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
The charts and where-to-watch details are gathered every hour by our own automated process from TMDB (with where-to-watch data from JustWatch), Netflix’s published Top 10 and Watchmode. Your browser doesn’t contact JustWatch, Netflix or Watchmode while you use Tenner. If you follow a link to Netflix, TMDB or another site, that site’s own policies apply.
5. Cookies
Tenner doesn’t set any cookies, and doesn’t use any third-party cookies. The things described in section 3 are kept in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies, and never leave your device.
6. Links to Other Websites
Tenner links to other websites, such as Netflix and TMDB, so you can watch or read more about a title. We aren’t responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; please check their own privacy policies.
7. Children
Tenner is a general-audience site. We don’t collect personal information from anyone, including children. Some of the titles shown may not be suitable for younger viewers; check each service’s age ratings.
8. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have rights over any personal data we hold about you, including the right to see it, correct it or have it deleted. As we don’t collect personal data, this will normally only apply to emails you send us. If you have concerns, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change how Tenner handles information, we’ll update this policy and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
10. Contact

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tenner, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. What Tenner Is
Tenner is a free, independent website that shows which shows and films are most popular in the UK on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max and Paramount+, plus popular new films to buy or rent. It is for general information only.
Tenner isn’t connected to, endorsed by or sponsored by Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Paramount+, Apple, Sky or any other service it mentions. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where titles are available.
3. Where the Charts Come From
Popularity, posters, artwork and where-to-watch information come from TMDB, with streaming availability from JustWatch. The Netflix chart is Netflix’s own published UK Top 10, which Netflix updates weekly. New releases come from Watchmode.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
4. Accuracy
The charts update automatically every hour, but they can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong, and what’s available on each service can change at any time. Rankings other than Netflix’s are based on popularity, not on official viewing figures. Please check the service itself before you subscribe, rent or buy anything.
5. Acceptable Use
Please use Tenner lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, overload it or access it in ways it isn’t designed for. You’re welcome to share links to Tenner and its charts.
6. Intellectual Property
The Tenner name, logo and design belong to us. Posters, artwork and title information belong to their respective owners and are provided through TMDB. Service names and logos are the trademarks of their owners. Netflix’s Top 10 information belongs to Netflix.
7. No Warranty
Tenner is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Tenner, or from relying on its charts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Links to Other Websites
Tenner links to other websites, such as streaming services and TMDB. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
10. Changes and Availability
We may change, pause or stop any part of Tenner, or update these terms, at any time. If we change the terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms? Get in touch on the Contact page or email support@tenneruk.space.
